Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it - which pages and sections are read, how far people scroll, which buttons are clicked, the approximate location (country and city), device type, and the source of the visit. GA4 sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) containing a random identifier; it does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to identify you. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics. We use this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, time, browser identifier) for security and reliability. Logs are kept for a limited time and are not combined with analytics data.

E-mail contact. If you write to us, we process the data you include (name, e-mail address, message content) to answer you and, where it comes to that, to prepare and perform a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Correspondence is kept as long as needed for these purposes.

We do not run advertising or remarketing on this site, we do not sell data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

• Google Analytics event data: according to the retention period configured in GA4 (between 2 and 14 months), after which it is deleted automatically.
• Server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider.
• E-mail correspondence: for the duration of our conversation and any resulting cooperation, plus statutory retention periods where they apply.

Analytics data is processed for us by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as a processor. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Details are in Google's Privacy Policy. The site is hosted on servers we manage with a hosting provider in the EU.

The only cookies on this site are the Google Analytics ones described above. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings, browse in private mode, or install Google's official opt-out add-on. The site works exactly the same without them.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, a copy of it, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
